Within the Technical & Industrial Services department, you join the team responsible for defining and developing robotic and automated solutions for our industrial site. 

Your mission is to analyze needs, design, program and deploy innovative systems that enhance competitiveness, safety and performance across production and logistics flows. You collaborate closely with production, maintenance and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Industrialize automated solutions: analyze process needs, contribute to concept design, develop automated and robotized equipment, conduct testing, adjustments and acceptance of new or upgraded systems. 
• Program and modify robotic and automated systems (6‑axis robots, cobots, AMRs, vision systems, industrial PLCs) and manage associated automation software. 
• Prepare technical documentation and train production staff on the use and maintenance of robotized and automated equipment. 
• Ensure regulatory compliance of all robotic and automated processes and equipment, including machine safety assessments and conformity reports. 
• Support the development of maintenance methods and assist maintenance teams with complex troubleshooting on robotized or automated systems and test benches. 
• Conduct technology watch activities, benchmark industry best practices and collaborate with the Group’s industrial sites on automation and Industry 5.0 topics. 

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in automation, mechatronics or electrical engineering, with more than 5 years of experience in industrial robotics or automation. 
• Proficiency in PLC programming (TIA Portal, WinCC), industrial computing (LabVIEW, C/C#…), industrial robot programming, vision systems and related tools. 
• Knowledge of mechanical design / 3D CAD and machine safety standards.
• Intermediate level of English; fluent in French.
