In 2021, the Operations team has scaled from 1 to 4 persons to support Snapshift growth (ARR x3, people x2) and will triple in 2022. In this hypergrowth context, you will join the team who owns the mission of structuring our scale collaboratively by supporting the leadership team notably on strategy, organisation, KPIs monitoring, process implementation & tool structuration.

As a Sales Operations Manager Junior, you will be in the Strategy & Operations part of the Operations team. Your role will be to partner with the Head of Sales and our Team lead BDR to increase our Outbound efficiency through analytical, strategic & tactical approaches.

Missions

As a Sales Operations Manager Junior, your main missions will be

  • Support Sales Managers to make the right strategic & tactical choices
  • Orchestrate & structure recurring sales meetings
  • Define & implement the right KPIs to monitor Sales activities
  • Be strength of proposal about Sales improvement areas to reach our goals
  • Implement processes & suggest new tools to increase our Sales efficiency
  • Here are some OKRs examples on which you will work (figures are fake for confidential reasons)

    • Increase the avg Outbound Lead to Won (#) from 6% to 8% in 2022
    • 30% of T2 customers must be in mid segments in 2022

Looking for

  • Top business school (HEC, Essec, EM Lyon …) or highly successful experience in a similar position
  • Passionate about Sales Operations & specifically Sales Outbound Optimizations & Best Practices
  • Successful experience in a start-up/scale-up as a Sales Operations Manager or Sales Executive
  • Autonomous & organised
  • English - B2+
  • Spanish is a plus
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
