Snapshift is looking for its first Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will manage both day-to-day financial operations and strategic projects.

What you’ll do :

• Monitor financial performance with accurate and on-time financial reports (KPIs, P&L, cash, Balance Sheet), handling communication with our external accountant
• Handle financial & legal due diligence with investors (reporting, Q&A) and other financial partners (banks)
• Manage payables
• Design and implement internal financial tools & processes
• Build Budgets & Financial Forecasts
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for major projects (fundraising, international expansion, board reports, etc.)
• Ensure that legal corporate documentation is up-to-date (cap table, BSPCE, etc.)

What You’ll Need :

• 3y+ experience in consulting (Audit, Transaction Services, M&A)
• ideally one previous experience in tech/Saas
• fluent in SQL
• very analytical mindset
• excellent ability to build financial models
• strong communications skills — enjoys to make sense of numbers
