Our Corporate Development team is composed of strategic thinkers and influencers who share one overarching goal: help the company grow and anticipate what’s next.

At Smart, this team is responsible for strategic decisions to grow and restructure our business, establish partnerships, and achieve organizational & operational excellence. The purpose of Corp Dev is to create opportunities for the company through external actions (such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, deals & partnerships,…) and assist in the implementation of Smart’s key internal projects that leverage the value of our business.

Your mission 👇

The Operation project manager is ultimately responsible for identifying and driving projects that enhance the way Smart’s teams operate.

• He/She is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.

• He/She works hand in hand with the senior management team providing support on external growth projects (strategic partnerships, M&A) and other strategic initiatives requiring additional support: participate in synergies & ROI analysis, organize steerco presentations,…

• The Operation project manager designs and continuously improves internal processes, tools, organization or any other levers in order to deliver new client implementations on time and on budget, and facilitates the coordination and dissemination of timely information across the Service team. The Operation project manager organizes best practice sharing, evangelizes for full adoption, and ensures standards are applied and revised to best fit Smart AdServer’s business purpose.

• The Operation project manager is also a central business partner on which local teams that need to grow and scale quickly and efficiently can rely on for all sales & ops topics.

Exemplary project management skills are essential for success in this position.

What you’ll do ✏️

• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Work with management and cross-functional partners to identify performance gaps, prioritize opportunities and develop and execute improvement plans
• Follow projects completion, coordinate teams and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Provide regular updates to management teams to share progress and potential blocking points.

• Strong data analysis skills with experience in SQL scripting, dashboard design (Tableau software) is a plus
• A fluency in French and English (both written & spoken) is a must-have
