Your mission
Reporting to the Sales Executive Team Leader for France, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth from new business through value selling.

You will:

  • Identify new business opportunities, build a “quality” pipeline and manage the entire sales cycle to meet revenue targets
  • Expand business with value-based strategic selling
  • Engage and build excellent relationships with Directors or C-Level executives of prospective companies to inform and educate about SlimPay’s value proposition
  • Follow up on customers’ activation, KPIs and business performance
  • Manage and boost your clients growth

Your main responsibilities:

  • Approach prospects, generating new opportunities in key verticals such as insurance, financial services, utilities, media
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, in particular assessment of needs, proposal, negotiations and contract signature
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans, and provide accurate forecasts and reports of sales activity entering data into Salesforce
  • Establish strong collaboration with the Go-to-Market team (Sales Development Representatives, Marketing and Partnership team) to identify and grow opportunities within your territory and with the rest of the organisation (KYC, legal and finance) to secure SlimPay’s interests
  • Collaborate with the Customer Engagement team to assess technical business needs and requests, follow up on projects implementation to drive revenues
  • Work closely with SlimPay Product team to bring insights on new features required by your prospects and clients to boost growth
  • Follow up on customers’ activation, KPIs and business performance
  • Represent SlimPay at sales-related events and activities

Qualifications / Skills

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial roles with medium-to-large accounts, ideally within the Payment or Fintech industry and /or Enterprise software sales
  • Good understanding of digitisation and automation benefits to businesses
  • “Hunter” and consultative selling approach
  • Strategic negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to seamlessly adapt
  • Analytical skills to quickly distill key insights
  • Fluent in French and English
