You are in charge of :

• Own all plans and strategies for developing brand and lead generation to achieve the company’s marketing goals in collaboration with CEO
• Deliver quarterly/yearly Marketing results in line with the company business plan
• Oversee brand building & storytelling
• Implement a lead generation machine through all channels : SEO, SEA, on-line/off-line events, social
• Optimise automations, nurturing and ABM strategy
• Define a marketing roadmap and manage content creation
• Recruit, train, and coach the marketing team (5+ people)
• Align Marketing & Sales team to ensure end to end efficiency
• Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
• Manage KPIs and overview the day to day marketing operation and performance.
