About Skello

Skello is a European company on a mission to reinvent shifted work by enabling teams to better anticipate, organize and communicate. Your role

You will be part of the CEO Office, a team reporting directly to the CEO, in charge of identifying and delivering strategic projects likely to have a significant impact on our revenue trajectory (ex. international expansion, development of product adjacencies, new sectors’ opening, pricing redefinition, M&A, strategic partnerships, etc.).

You will be based in Paris and report to the Chief of Staff.

Your missions

  • Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute partnership strategies that support business objectives and drive revenue growth. 
  • Partnership development: Identify and evaluate potential partners and explore new distribution channels for Skello in France and abroad.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners and oversee the implementation of partnership agreements.
  • Project management: Coordinate cross-functional teams (including marketing, sales, product, ops and legal) to ensure the successful implementation of strategic partnerships. 
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Sales animation: Animate Skello and partners’ commercial teams to make sure we make the most of existing partners.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting firm, in key account management position or in a strategic position in a fast-growing scale-up
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in establishing professional relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and experience dealing with strategic topics
  • Self-starter and able to make things happen by oneself
  • Good understanding of the SaaS business 
  • Fluent in French and English (Spanish is a plus)
