In short, Skello is a workforce management solution for shift based workplaces that enables teams to tackle the hassle of complex scheduling. For managers, Skello optimizes work organization by helping them to make the best decisions in managing their staff costs. For employees, our tool facilitates easy and open communication and simplifies daily life.

Skello’s ambition is to be the number one solution for shifted work teams in Europe. To achieve this, Skello raised a €40M Series B round of financing from expert funds in the field (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) in order to bring ever more value to our clients through new features and to open up new markets, beyond our historic industries such as hospitality, retail and health.

Context

Embarking on a Marketing Internship at Skello means stepping into a realm where your creativity and strategic insights are front and center in propelling our brand into new horizons. Your role is pivotal — each project, campaign, and interaction not only shapes the face of Skello but also lays the foundation for our continued growth and success in the market.

Missions

Growth & Acquisition:

- Assist in devising and executing growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.

- Support online advertising campaigns across various channels including social media, search engines, and other relevant platforms.

- Analyze campaign performance and user engagement metrics to optimize strategies for better ROI.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand consumer behavior.

Brand & Communication:

- Support the development of brand strategies and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.

- Assist in creating compelling and engaging written content that reflects Skello’s tone of voice.

- Work on the production of User Generated Content (UGC) videos and motion graphics to enhance Skello's digital presence and engagement.

- Work alongside the team in managing public relations and media outreach to enhance brand visibility and recognition.

- Help in coordinating and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture relationships with prospects and customers.

Community & Events:

- Help in planning, organizing, and executing community events and webinars to foster a strong community around Skello.

- Engage with Skello’s community on various social media platforms, forums, and other online venues to promote brand loyalty and customer advocacy.

- Assist in the coordination of Skello’s participation in trade shows, conferences, and other relevant events.

- Support in developing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers.

Qualifications

- Pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field in your final year.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Creative, analytical, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

- 2nd skills interview with Marketing Team (live use case)
