The role of the Regional Manager is to support the operations of a logistics team (3 to 6 people) and make clients and artists happy. As our international team grew from 7 to 18 logistics people in the past year, we now organise logistics operations into regions and your role will be to be fully in charge of one of these regions.

Main tasks:

• Manage a team of 3-6 Logistics Managers:

  • Ramp them up on the core job
  • Ensure that new team members get the right training
• Coordinate workload within your team, check whether the team is staffed
• Contribute to improvements of the operations department’s processes and tools

• Ensure timely and cost efficient delivery of all orders from your region

  • Track KPIs from a dashboard that is given to you
  • Help your team understand their KPIs and how to impact them
  • Identify levers for better quality of service and higher profitability in your team and act upon them

Who you are:

• You are a role model for your team, you set the right standards on the core job and you are competent in core job questions from your team mates
• You transmit the company’s values and can work towards defined priorities in line with the strategy
• You can evaluate the performance of your team members
• You can drive and monitor projects of your team members

What you have:

• At least 1-year experience in leading a team (at least 2 people)
• Experience in transportation and/or logistics
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills
• Business fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
• Interest for the art market
• All candidates must be willing to be full-time based in central Paris
