As part of the Growth Marketing team, your main objective will be to attract new customers through offline channels.

The idea? To find where our ideal clients are and to target them aka not pure acquisition but THE right acquisition.

Your main missions will be:

  • Design and implementation of all our outbound lead generation campaigns (B2B & B2C) and growth strategy 
  • Manage a 5 digit annual budget to drive outbound activities (partnerships, direct mails, referrals, ambassadorship..)
  • Organize events or marketing actions dedicated to our targets 
  • Size, design and implement end-to-end acquisition projects 
  • Measure the success and impact of all your actions in order to always improve and iterate the strategy
  • What we look for:

  • You are flexible, action and results oriented and a strong communicator
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You have a proven track record in building new outbound sales channels in B2B or B2C
  • You know the German market
  • You like to build things from scratch and find new ways to attract your customers, a blank page has always been a challenge for you!
  • You are creative with a strong sales spirit 
  • You like to have the ownership of your projects and to drive results 
  • You have a strong test & learn spirit and are able to implement ideas in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a knowledge of the german speaking market
  • Fluent in English and German, French is a plus
  • Being sensible to art is a big plus, being curious and empathetic is a must
