The Role

As an online pure player in the art world, the Product is at the heart of our business.

After almost four years, and in the context of a growing tech team, we’re looking for a Product Manager whose mission is to help us improve our Products while keeping our growth steady.

You will take leadership of new Data Platform Squad, working closely with Engineering, Data, Design and the other Product Teams to deliver value to our beloved customers and to internal stakeholders.

The Responsibilities:

  • Establishing with the Head of Product a compelling Product Strategy / Roadmap & Quartely Objectives for your squad.
  • Manage data projects such as: opportunities on our algorithms, price quotations tools...
  • Identify, assess & prioritize new Product Opportunites around Data thanks to user research, market research, data analysis, discussions with stakeholders and peers, etc.
  • You're responsible of the delivery and collaboration with Data Science, Design and Engineering all along the Product Cycle.
  • Evaluate the impact of our features and get learnings for further development (AB tests, data analysis...)
  • What we look for:

  • Experience: you already have 3 years experience minimum in a Product Management role with a strong appealing for Data analysis
  • Obsession to deliver value to users while keeping business objectives in mind
  • Analytical mindset: you have data problem-solving skills
  • Communication: you have strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for understanding and collaborate with different type of stakeholders
  • Organization skills: you know how to coordinate projects and bring them to life with strong attention to detail.
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • The process:

  • 1st call with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Margaux (30 min)
  • 1 interview with the Head of Product, Paul (1hr)
  • Use Case with debriefing with Paul (1hr)
  • Optional: informal talk with the Head of Growth and Data, Olivier (30min)
