Activities

• Build patient database
• Participate to the creation of deep learning models from scratch (training & validation)
• Further enhance our AI infrastructure e.g. GPU management, virtualization, etc…
• Participate in the Deployment of AI models into production
• Participate in the creation of APIs and help to put results of the Deep Learning models into operations
• Keep track of latest Deep learning/AI research relevant to our business domain
• Identify opportunities for applying Deep learning/AI within Sim&Cure

• Master of Science in Engineering or Computer Science, or equal through experience
• Knowledge about Optimization, Machine Learning, including techniques such as Deep learning
• Demonstrated proficiency in multiple programming languages: Python, C and C++
• Experience building and validating Deep Learning/AI models in platforms such as TensorFlow, Pytorch or Keras
• Demonstrated commitment to learn about Deep Learning/AI through your own initiatives through courses, books, or side projects
• Knowledge in statistical analysis R, Systat
• Good knowledge of French and English (written and spoken)
• Experience with medical devices would be appreciated
• Understanding of the standard for the communication and management of medical imaging information and related data, DICOM
• Knowledge about versioning and its tools such as GIT
