Silvr is the European Leader on Revenue-Based Financing. We have developed a methodology allowing digital enterprises (the likes of SaaS, E-commerce) to access financing in less than one day.In order to continue our growth, we are hiring a Data Analyst.

Your role will be to make sure our decisions are data-driven by giving insights while navigating through our data lake and warehouse. You will play a transversal role going from data engineering to financial analysis.

What you’ll do:

• Help to implement a culture of data-driven decisions

• Inspiring stakeholders with ad-hoc reporting leveraging our data

•  Working alongside Data Engineers on Data Quality subjects

• Help to solve complex business financial problems using data

• Monitor performance selecting key indicators

What you’ll need to succeed :

• 1 or 3 years of professional experience in likewise roles

• Background in Statistics, Econometrics, Finance, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or similar

• You are at ease using Excel yet you know its drawbacks and know how to overcome them using the likes of SQL and python

• Business-oriented even if you are a Math nerd

• A proactive ‘can do’ mindset with excellent communications skills
