In the DACH region, SightCall’s primary focus includes the following goals.

• Global Strategic Technology partners including SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft and ServiceNow
• Global & Regional System Integrators
• Reseller channel

What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a Partner Business Development Lead for the DACH region with applicable experience for a highly versatile, regional partner lead role, supporting the SightCall business in driving regional revenue, aligning the regional GTM to the EMEA-wide strategy and effectively executing on it. This role will be reporting to the Director of EMEA Alliances.

A combination of strategic vision and a tactical hands-on approach will be key to drive partner success in the region. Direct and/or indirect enterprise sales background in the SaaS space will be valuable, with an understanding and experience in generating new business by working with partners and effectively collaborating with sales teams to drive regional success.

• Prioritize top SightCall partnerships in the region and dedicate cycles and resources accordingly
• Create and drive a plan to maximize success (most importantly incremental pipeline) with SightCall existing partners
• Identify top targets for new SightCall partnerships. Engage the partners and negotiate new structures
• Own partner enablement, maximizing engagement, training and pipeline for key partners
• Collaborate with SightCall regional sales team who is most important stakeholder
• Collaborate with SightCall product and marketing teams to optimize and promote key partnerships
• Ensure that SightCall partner operations are optimized to measure and communicate success
• Effectively present results and ensure strategy is aligned with the wider SightCall priorities
• Travel up to 35% of time (whenever business travel safely resumes)

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Able to demonstrate strong understanding of SaaS technology with interest in remote support, augmented reality and artificial intelligence
• Experience in working at SAP or managing SAP as a partner
• Strong Salesforce CRM user with analytical and generally data-driven mindset, fully utilising technology as one of the primary tools for success
• Creative self-starter able to work and execute independently
• Able to partner cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, product, and marketing orgs
• Able to plan and execute fun activities to build trust and camaraderie with partners beyond video calls and meetings
• Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to large audiences
• Partner Enablement mindset
• A strong understanding of product positioning
• Enterprise SaaS sales experience is preferred
• Keen to grow and learn new things

Profil recherché

• 5+ years of professional experience in SaaS partnership roles or applicable commercial roles
• Native German speaker with professional experience in delivering measurable results, working with partners
• English language on business level
• Experience working for or partnering with SaaS enterprise software companies particularly in Customer Service, Field Service, Augmented Reality or AI space
• Experience working for a SaaS start-up is valued, but not required
• Cross-functional, project management experience
• Analytical ability, outstanding communication and excellent time management skills
• Enterprise SaaS sales experience is preferred
