More than ever, with the impressive growth in e-commerce during the pandemic, we need to onboard new talent. 💥 That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a passionate Account Executive (AE) who will be responsible for developing and closing new deals en Europe. You will report to the Sales Manager, Didier and will help drive revenue by working closely with the BDR team to increase your sales funnel conversion and hit/exceed monthly/quarterly quotas.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Master the competitive landscape and know customer needs in order to articulate the best proposition to prospective customers.
  • Proactively provide feedback on processes & product to help Shipup learn and adapt to newly discovered best practice.
  • Work closely with the BDR’s that you partner with on deals and provide them with coaching and feedback.
  • Convert qualified leads to closed-won deals in an efficient manner, by generating quotes, working through pricing discussions, overcoming objections, and getting signed agreements.
  • Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure that clients are successfully onboarded.
  • Maintain clean records on prospects, activity, and metrics on our CRM (Salesforce).
  • Regularly share your progress, identify blockers and drive resolution with the rest of the sales team.

Profil recherché

  • You have a first Saas experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a previous Account Executive.
  • Fluent in English (additional European language is highly desired).
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • Experience with sales tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach…)
  • Ability to have strategic, business-oriented conversation at the VP and C-level
  • Have excellent communication skills. Detail oriented, strong grammar and writing skills
