Job description

 

 

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

 

  • In charge the RUN of our Global HRIS solution based on SAP Success Factors (Employee central, recruiting, career site, Onboarding, Performance, Succession…)
  • Management of a level support team (2 internal FTEs; 1 for EMEA and 1 for APAC)
  • In charge of our HRIS tools’ design and architecture to insure consistency globally and compliance with LVMH HRIS systems
  • Lead implementation projects for new Global HRIS solutions
  • Look for innovative solutions to improve employee’s digital journey

 

 

Preferred experience

Profile description:

Do not hesitate to apply if you have… or if you are …

 

  • 6 to 8 years of experience implementing Global HRIS solutions
  • Good knowledge of Success Factors (Employee central is mandatory, other modules is a plus)
  • Ability to deal with complex HRIS and IT landscapes
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Other language is a plus.
