We are currently looking for an HR Administrator to join the People Team of sennder France in our Paris office. The successful candidate will report directly to our HR Team Lead France and will help us scale our HR operations.

YOUR KEY CHALLENGES:

  • Proactively manage the Payroll and Personnel Administration service in its entirety (define processes, implement appropriate tools, draft official documents, guarantee legal aspects, etc.)
  • Become the main point of entry for all internal HR admin questions (sick leave, navigo reimbursement, certificates, etc.)
  • Implement strategic projects related to Payroll and Personnel Administration (Comp & Ben policy, workforce, turnover, social report, budget planning, etc.)
  • Participate in related HR Business projects related to career management, performance monitoring, development and engagement

Analytical and data-driven
Methodical and rigorous
Excellent Written and spoken communicator
Adaptable and be able to deal with ambiguity
Problem solving experience and experience contributing to the team
Experience in prioritizing different functions and tasks while managing their work time
Experience in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, calendar/meeting applications
English language skills at a professional level
