As an Accountant you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like performing the daily accounting activities and assisting the auditing processes.

You’ll be collaborating closely with all our departments but also our German teams!

In this role you will:

• Manage two junior team members
• Perform the daily accounting activities (outgoing and incoming invoices, fixed assets),
• Prepare the month-end closing (revenue and cost accruals, intercompany reconciliation, payroll postings, account reconciliations) in close collaboration with the sennder Germany team,
• Prepare and submit the monthly and annual tax return to French Authorities,
• Prepare a monthly variance analysis for management,
• Assist with external audit requests / internal information requests,
• Improve internal accounting processes.

Preferably you are:

• You have a DCG or DSCG degree or equivalent,
• You have extensive work experience from a corporate company, accounting or a leading consulting firm,
• Strong accounting knowledge (French GAAP and IFRS),
• You ideally have management experience but not mandatory
• You are fluent in French and speaks English at a professional level,
• Good understanding of internal accounting processes,
• Good communication skills,
• Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite would be a plus),
• Excel has no secret for you,
• You are proactive and have self-responsible work style.
