Reporting to our Head of HR and in collaboration with our Office Manager, you will take care of our Sibers by creating a great work environment in our Paris office, organizing and coordinating different kinds of initiatives and projects. You will also provide top-level assistance to our CEO and COO on their calendar management and organization. This is an ideal position for a smart, motivated individual who is passionate about delivering strategic value and working in a high-powered, collaborative environment.
As an Office Manager, you will:
Perform complex calendar management and organisation for our CEO and COOCo-organise events on team level and on Paris office level with the office manager in placeAssist in the onboarding process for new hiresAddress employees queries regarding office management issuesLiaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security servicesMake domestic and international travel arrangements and process travel expense reportsHelp ensure our CEO is properly prepared and on time for all meetingsAssist with event planning and coordination for team meetings and global summitsWhat will contribute to your success:
At least 5+ years of experience as executive assistant/office managerExperience in similar start-up environments and international organisations preferableProven ability in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsExcellent communication and writing skills in both English & FrenchWell-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlinesProficient in Google SuiteWhat we offer:
