We are looking for a highly strategic and enthusiastic VP Communication in charge of corporate, external and internal communications in order to support Sendinblue mission, vision and values and deliver them impactfully to internal and external audiences.

The VP Communication will be reporting directly to the CEO and to the COO to align on the communication strategies and will work hand in hand with the different Executive Committee Members with a special connection with the Chief Marketing Officer on one side and the Chief People and Impact Officer on the other.

The VP Communication will be in charge of building and sustaining Sendinblule’s reputation for quality, reliability and customer satisfaction. He/She will conceive, write and deliver all communication sent to the public including press releases, public affairs papers and internal communication events.

Responsibilities

Media and public relations 

  • Develop relationships, contacts with media members, influencers and community leaders and digital ecosystem
  • Scope Top Executives messaging opportunities, organize and participate to different events willing to increase our brand exposure and influence
  • Prepare and manage all communications material (Group press releases, Q&A, briefing books)
  • Drive corporate strategy and message development, pitch and announcement strategies.
  • Internal communications 

  • Ensure all employees are aware about the company strategy and major updates and new initiatives around the different offices through emails, memo
  • Lead Global internal communication especially virtual “all employees meetings”
  • Prepare Top Executives content for interview and speaking engagements (C-Level)

  • Write high quality speeches and communications materials for top executives that convey key messages in line with company strategy and editorial  guidelines
  • Ensure consistent and coherent positioning and messaging of Top Executives across all speaking opportunities (campaigns, events, PR, social media etc.)Design and deliver internal training / coaching exercises related to media exposure / communication for external speakersServe as the liaison between the CEO / COO as well as other stakeholders, and the media, ensuring spokespersons are prepared for interviews.
  • CSR/Impact Communication

  • Follow-up and set initiatives internally, as well their communications with stakeholders and investors
  • Profile

  • 10+ years of experience experience as a VP / Director of Communication or similar executive role
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public politics, business or a related discipline is preferred
  • Outstanding communication, public speaking and advocacy skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex information in English to all levels of staff, management and external audiences.
  • Fully fluent in English and Native French
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with communications technologies
  • Understand principles of copywriting, graphic design, layout and publishing
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing
  • Impeccable copywriting and copy editing abilities
