Context of the position
You’ll join Selectra’s acquisition team in Madrid and will work on an array of different verticals (energy, telecom, insurance) for the French market.
Your mission? To develop new sales/leads’ acquisition channels for different Selectra products using the appropriate advertising tools.
Your objective? To increase Selectra’s online visibility and generate sales/leads in the different channels.
The missions in details
You will thrive in an international and fast-paced environment, being part of a very ambitious and motivated team made up of Account Managers who deal with specific markets and paid channels. You will be working on digital acquisition for the French market for energy, telecommunications and other product lines.
Creation of acquisition campaigns
You’ll gain expertise on different acquisition channels (particularly Google Ads & Facebook Ads) in order to:
- Develop innovative campaigns that present our company services with the final objective of converting/generating leads.
- Test and propose new creative ideas together with the paid acquisition team and design team
- Research and perform important aspects of campaign features: Keyword research, audience research, website research, campaign structure, etc.
- Deliver paid media campaign optimizations, analysing and providing recommendations for next steps based on data.
- Aid in live bidding adjustments and reporting for ongoing campaigns.
- Create, analyse and optimise landing pages using our CMS and internal tools.
- Aid tracking and analysing the sales funnel acquisition.
- Report and daily follow-up.
- Market research, benchmarking and assisting with special operations projects.
- Stay informed of best practices and relevant industry, paid media, and paid media platform trends.
Performance monitoring
- Closely monitor campaign performance
- Clearly present and interpret different KPIs as well as ROI
Export best practices on different markets
As your tests progress, you won’t hesitate to communicate results with the team and deploy winning formulas on all the Selectra’s markets, with the help of the local teams and account managers, of course.
