Le poste

Descriptif du poste

You’ll join Selectra’s acquisition team in Madrid and will work on an array of different verticals (mails energy, telecom and water services at first) for the Japanese market (Japanese professional proficiency required).

Your mission? To develop new sales/leads’ acquisition channels for different Selectra products using the appropriate advertising tools (mainly lead generation through Google Ads at the moment).

Your objective? To increase Selectra’s online visibility and generate sales/leads in the different channels.

Your detailed mission

You will thrive in an international and fast-paced environment, being part of a very ambitious and motivated team made up of SEA account managers who deal with specific markets. You will be working on digital acquisition for the Japanese market and a few other product lines.

Creation of acquisition campaigns

You’ll gain expertise on different acquisition channels (particularly Google Ads & Facebook Ads) in order to: 

  • Develop innovative campaigns that present our company services with the final objective of converting/generating leads.
  • Test and propose new creative ideas together with the SEA team

Performance monitoring

  • Closely monitor campaign performance 
  • Clearly present and interpret different KPIs as well as ROI 

Export best practices on different markets

As your tests progress, you won’t hesitate to communicate results with the team and deploy winning formulas on all the Selectra’s markets, with the help of the local teams and account managers, of course.

Terms and conditions

  • Based in Madrid, Spain
  • VIE of 18 months (extendable to 24 months) VIE  conditions if European
  • Spanish contract with 26,000€ gross/year if not European

Profil recherché

  • You have a real interest in digital marketing. Ideally, you have a first experience in web marketing; you know and / or have an interest in SEA “best practices”.
  • You are proactive and do not hesitate to take initiatives, to try new things in a laboratory spirit.
  • You are rigorous and you have an eye for detail; you are organized and you know how to work in a team; you take initiatives and you are never satisfied with what you have learned.
  • Ideally, you have first-hand experience in digital acquisition 
  • You are responsible, ambitious, communicative and eager to learn a lot about digital marketing and SEA 
  • You speak fluent English and have professional proficiency in Japanese
