Your responsibilities:

  • Support: update Help Center, provide customer support (Zendesk)
  • Communicate with our users and customers: release notes, newsletters
  • Capture user insights to participate in the development of the product
  • Perform final Q&A tests before going live

Profil recherché

This job is for you if…

  • 1+ years of software quality experience in SaaS company
  • You have a strong focus on customer experience and a passion for driving improvements to raise the overall quality level of our software and environments.
  • You excel at communicating with technical and business leaders.
  • You love working in a fast-paced environment where every change affects the experience of customers.
  • BDD Knowledge is a plus
  • Postman, Swagger knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge in Agile processes is a plus
  • ISTQB Certification is greatly appreciated
