About the job

Reporting to our Chief People Officer, as Head of Work Experience you will be in charge of the full work experience of all Scalers. From establishing hybrid remote work best practices, to ensuring an optimal work experience in our physical locations, you own it all.

You will be responsible for ensuring best hybrid work practices for our remote and on-site workers to seamlessly collaborate and thrive at Scaleway. Our human capital is our number one most valuable asset, and it will be your job to ensure that all Scalers can do their best work.

Minimum qualifications

  • Passion for Organizational Development
  • Experience in Facilities Management or Hospitality
  • Experience in Human Resources (any area)
  • Very good command of English (conversational French is a plus)
  • Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • Ability motivate and organize a team to deploy your vision
  • Experience in project management
  • Demonstrated ability to identify optimization opportunities for processes and spaces
  • Passionate about technology and online tools
  • Responsibilities

  • Lead the workplace experience team to optimize and continuously improve our physical location spaces
  • Lead our Engagement Manager to prioritize and roll-out key engagement initiatives in line with your vision and overall mission
  • Define best organizational development practices for a 500+ hybrid working company including implementation of asynchronous work and management best practices
  • Own processes and documentation to ensure visibility and adoption of procedures
  • Own travel & team building expense policy and tracking
  • Identify industry trends and spark culture transformation
  • Partner with company leadership to source ideas and collaborate to ensure adoption of best practices.
  • Based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial remote work is possible but periodic and frequent travel to our offices in Paris and Lille, as well as to our data centers in France will be key in ensuring the hybrid work experience.

    Salary Range

    73,000 - 92,000 EUR per year
