Specific responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focusing on the French market, your mission will be to source and generate a maximum of commercial opportunities for the Sales team by qualifying prospects corresponding to Scaleflex’ target. You will benefit from a best-in-class stack of sales tools to exceed your sales targets (Lemlist, Outreach, SalesForce, Snov, Sales Navigator, etc.).

  • Work closely with the Account Executives on your Territory in generating new business
  • Qualify leads and create business opportunities for the Account Executive in charge
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market by identifying and contacting key contacts to gather relevant information by phone, email, and on LinkedIn
  • Moving qualified leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team to develop targeted marketing tactics to generate qualified inbound leads to reach out to
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs

Profil recherché

Requirements

Our Team is built around people with a strong entrepreneur culture and can-do attitude. We love people able to “do something out of nothing” and strive to get better every day. In order to fit with our culture, you must be/have:

  • A relevant Master’s degree
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Business Developer with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Languages: native French and proficient English, another language is a plus
  • A strong hunter mindset: you don’t easily give up and you are known to be resilient/competitive
  • Outstanding communication and objection handling skills, via cold calling and emailing
  • High interest for the digital startup ecosystem, SaaS, Cloud based solution
  • Experience with SalesForce (or other CRM software) and marketing automation tools
  • You are a team player and will enjoy collaborating with an Account Executive

Déroulement des entretiens

After a first intro call with our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll meet with our Sales team in the 2nd round. What we expect from you is to prepare the best pitch you can for Scaleflex and its products.
