To sustain its fast growth in unmanned vehicles markets including Driverless cars, Autonomous Shuttles, Agriculture and Mining Automation, Drones, … SBG Systems is looking for an experienced Business Developer, to coordinate technical and sales team efforts in developing the company short and long term market share.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this transverse position aims to align the company strategy with the market trends, to anticipate technological changes, and to implement successful strategies to develop internal and external sales channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Business Development (~50%) :
o Identify key partners and customers for future business growth
o Support sales teams with key customers to develop long term relashionships.
o Elaborate the sales/channel strategy in conjunction with area Sales Managers
o Evaluate the training needs and establish training plan to upgrade the competencies of the sales and marketing teams.

• Marketing (~25%) :
o Analyses market updates and trends (new developments, competitors update, emerging technologies, analysis by geographical area, by segment and by competitor, etc.) . Provide feedback the to management team to expand the market shares.
o Define and implement best short and long term strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
o Support marketing team (customers success stories, product promotion, sales materials redaction, …)
o Implement appropriate training/workshops with marketing and technical support teams.
o Take part of trade shows and other market focus events worldwide.

• Technical (~25%) :
o Summarize product key features for your market and identify missing features or services.
o Aggregate feedbacks from the team and key customers to upgrade the product strategy.
o Take part in product road map and product definition to ensure that they will add value to the market.

This position will require frequent travels and home office will be possible under certain circumstances and according to profile.


Profil recherché

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) or equivalent combination of education and experience in Unmanned Vehicles or Automotive.
Excellent knowledge of Autonomous Vehicles market, key players and technical requirements.
A minimum of 10 years of sales and marketing or technical support experience.
Able to work in English.
Knowledge of GNSS, Inertial Sensors and LiDAR technologies,
Ability to train and communicate with non-technical persons,
Ability to define priorities and work in a multi-tasking environment,
Capacity to work independently during travels and in a team environment at the office.
