JOB PURPOSE

  • Support the Supply Chain relationship and partnership of the new Business model CHC CIS and the implementation of the Supply Chain strategy aligned with Opella roadmap
  • Support the S&OP/IBP process with the different stakeholders
  • Support the business in achieving sales performance and growth ambition
  • Develop the best in class Demand to Cash collaboration

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Supply Chain Partnership

Support the SC Head New Business Model Europe & CIS CHC on

  • The definition and development of the proper governance with the different stakeholders
  • The definition of a logistic service catalog based on segmentation and ensure its implementation
  • The design and development of a cross functional Joint Business Plans

Support the S&OP/IBP

Support the SC Head New Business Model Europe & CIS CHC on

  • The implementation of the Sales & Operations Planning/Integrated Business Planning through a proper change management journey
  • The organization of the S&OP/IBP Committees on a regular basis with all the stakeholders
  • The Monitoring of the progresses of actions plan issued out of S&OP/IBP Committees

Support the business in achieving sales performance and growth ambition

Support the SC Head New Business Model Europe & CIS CHC on

  • The monitoring of the Supply Chain performance (Service level, OTIF, SISO, stock monitoring, Sales Forecast Accuracy) and implementing improvement actions plans
  • Building forecasting analysis, supply capabilities, risks and opportunities assessment, align scenarios with Finance
  • A proper SISO monitoring (incl/Returns & destructions)
  • Portfolio management: coordinate all necessary SC actions linked to new Launches, pruning

Develop best in class Demand to Cash collaboration

Support the SC Head New Business Model Europe & CIS CHC on

  • leading the Sales Forecasting process supported by Kinaxis tool and ensure the proper DRP in Kinaxis aligned with contractual stock policy, MOQ, etc
  • ensuring proper master data maintenance in all supply chain tools
  • ensuring the product availabilities as per service level target
  • Coordinating the high-level relationship between the different key stake holders (Planning Hubs, Plants, DC, Customer Service)
  • Inventory monitoring as per New Business Model strategy and contractual obligations

  • Supply Chain Region and Planning centers
  • Global Supply Chain and IA organization

PROFILE

Business & technical background

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Logistics, Engineering or Business
  • Minimum 5 years in Supply Chain Operations (pharmaceutical or FMCG) with good background in planning and customer care processes
  • Proven experience in Customer relationship
  • Fluent in English
  • Multicultural mindset - international exposure
