We are establishing a new function, focused on Organizational Capability and Transformation (OC&T) at Sanofi, with the goal of elevating Sanofi’s Organisation and employee capabilities, and to stewarding the successful execution of Play to Win.
This Project Manager role will be a member of the Capability Operations team, and will manage large, complex projects, supporting the design, and leading the planning and implementation. During your time in this role, these projects may either be focused on building internal People & Culture capabilities, products or services (e.g. creating a new common skills taxonomy for Sanofi) or supporting key business-facing OC&T initiatives. Project objectives may include design of organizational architecture (for example, Target Operating Models, Organizational Designs, Strategic Workforce Plans) through to their implementation – managing organizational, team and employee effectiveness through Change Journeys, activating organizational culture, Post-merger Integration etc.
Specifically this role is being hired to support a key strategic project for OC&T through 2023/24, leveraging the capabilities of people analytics, transformation, org consulting, learning and People & Culture teams supporting senior leadership.
Main responsibilities:
Define the planning and oversee the implementation of complex cross-functional, cross-regional and/or cross-business unit projects on all strategic topics, including but not limited to: target operating model design, organizational design, including workforce planning, culture, leadership requirements, rewards, talent development, talent acquisition.
Interface with and mobilize key stakeholders to deliver desired outcome
Participate in drafting change management and comms initiatives, and ensure implementation
Support the development, production and drafting of solutions and deliverables
Monitor and track the status of initiatives and create periodic, timely reporting to project sponsors and steering committees.
Proactively manage risks, propose risk mitigation plans and escalate problems for problematic areas.

Experience:
Managing large transformation projects in a complex, transversal and global context, and in particular projects linked to organizational effectiveness

Familiarity with common project/change management methodologies & tools
