The Engagement and Change Communications team partners with the global support functions to help drive the company’s modernization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team of 3 direct reports, fostering engagement, well-being, strategic thinking, creativity and excellence in execution
  • Support the global HR team to deliver their people strategy, which is a core part of Sanofi’s transformation agenda 
  • Build strong relationships with the global HR team, in particular the HR Centers of Expertise: Culture, Employee Experience, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion; Organizational Development and Learning; Talent; and Rewards & Recognition
  • Be a trusted partner providing strategic counsel and advice on transformation, change and engagement communications
  • Design and deliver an integrated, creative HR communications strategy, including narrative and campaigns, focused on the employee experience and bringing the employee value proposition to life
  • Support Head of Engagement & Change Communications to deliver the Chief People Officer’s executive communications plan (internal and external communications)
  • Work closely with Communications and HR colleagues in the countries, business units and functions to co-create, activate and measure campaigns locally

PROFILE

Experience

  • Strategic communications in an international environment
  • Employee/transformation communications
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver communications campaigns with flair and rigor
  • Proven track record of leading teams to success 

Soft skills

  • Inspirational, people-centric, you can read a room and influence stakeholders
  • Collaborative, active listener who welcomes new ideas and embraces different perspectives
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network and build strong working relationships globally 

Technical skills

  • Strategic, creative thinker and planner at ease in complex, international, matrixed organizations
  • Proven expertise in messaging, content creation and project management
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability manage multiple projects simultaneously 

Education

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, political science or science 

Languages

  • Excellent English verbal and written skills
  • Fluency in or good working knowledge of French is a plus
