As Head of Performance Analytics Hub within our CHC Business Unit, you’ll be managing a team of approx. 14 people who generates recommendations on market/business performance levers and delivers the right tools and dashboards to drive our CHC GBU performance (sell-in, sell-out, Data management) and manage the CRM as well as the incentives for the salesforce. The head of Performance hub is a key member of the French CHC Leadership Team. It is part of the network of Performance Analytics teams at regional and global level.

Main responsibilities
Build, lead and develop a team of approx. 14 people who generate recommendations especially for sales & marketing teams, based on a range of classic and advanced data analytics methods.
The Performance hub will be composed by 3 teams:
Business Intelligence: Deliver the right dashboards and recommendations to drive performance and reliable data linked with the business planning to co-pilot our sell-in Performance KPIs
Consumer & Business analyze: Anticipate trends/opportunities, measure sell-out brand performance, recommend resource allocation
Commercial Excellence: including CRM management and incentives for the field.
Articulates our performance story internally and externally; coordinates with Performance teams at Region and Global leve
Plays the role of business partner of the GM for all topics related to resource allocation and growth story (drivers, drainers)
Runs the “Performance Committee”: key monthly governance committee, gathering all business functions, Finance and SC and strategically piloting our performance.
Organizes and owns Sales Forecasts process in cooperation with Growth Hub, Commercial Hub, Supply Chain and Finance: building from demand forecasts (coming from growth Hub), integrating SIT and Supply elements (from Finance and SC teams), to propose Sales Forecasts scenarios.
Support digital transformation of Sanofi promotional model (including all CRM tools), with new related KPIs & objectives, together with MCE & Customer Engagement teams.
Develop a strong network with the Global and European team in order to leverage best practices.
Lead ad hoc cross functional & strategic projects.
Ability to embark a team in a journey of change, ability to develop and execute on a capability building agenda
Strong rigor, problem solving & analytical acumen.
Deep understanding of analytic tools & ability to integrate them when relevant: basic statistics, DataViz (e.g. QlickSense, PowerPivot), Good financial understanding
Strong appetite and ideally experience in advanced analytics tools (AI-based, multi-factorial regressions), allowing to perform causal analysis linking performance with resources engaged
Strong proactivity to bring recommendations, scenarios allowing fast decision making
Strong business understanding, incl. market economics, performance drivers
Experience in generating insights & recommendation from qualitative & quantitative information
Strong influencing skills, with ability to drive change and bring a performance mindset beyond his/her own organization
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work transversally.
