CONTEXT

In its journey to become the best FMCH company in and for the World, Sanofi CHC Supply Chain is reviewing its operating model to become even more customer centric, to improve Customer Service through E2E Supply Chain Accountability, to be more agile and to be able to cope with a very dynamic and competitive market.

In order to achieve those objectives, Sanofi CHC Supply Chain is implementing the full End-to-End Supply Chain Planning Core Model, by building a Global Supply Planning Team to complement the DRP Team & the Site Planning team and by integrating mid to long-term MPS & RCCP within the overall E2E Supply Chain Planning.

MISSIONS

In this context, the Supply Planner will

• Be part of a team of Global Supply Planners in charge of the mid to long term planning for the full finished goods portfolio of the CHC manufacturing plants which includes
  • Check that interfaces between SC systems and ERP systems run properly and adjust when necessary or include new parametrization from new products
  • Check the supply planning calculation results and analyze alerts
  • Coordinate RCC/MPS with Plant and assess mid-term supply impacts on Markets
  • Propose arbitration, identifying and assessing mitigation actions in collaboration with Plants and DRP Planning Centre in case of supply constraints
  • Provide regular visibility to management, markets, plants and platforms regarding supply constraints or demand changes 
• Be accountable for the Service Level to our customers for the plant in his/her scope by ensuring finished goods are produced/released on time in full versus the plan
• Be accountable for preventing out-of-stock and excess inventory in the markets for his/her product portfolio
• Define Planning Strategies and Inventory Policies in coordination with the DRP Planning Center and with the CHC Inventory Lead
• Actively participate to local Supply Review within the IBP Process 

In addition to the above activities, the Supply Planner will

• Participate to program and project impacting the mid to long term global supply planning process
• Participate to the Crisis Management process when applicable and will share the outcome of information and action within the Global Supply Planning team and abroad
• Participate in continuous improvement program to enrich the ways of working and identify new opportunities within the perimeter of the business to get efficiencies

• Customer Service Level/On Time in Full for the finished goods in his/her portfolio
• Inventory Service Level Fulfilment for the finished goods in his/her portfolio

PROFILE

• Tertiary education in Engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, Economics or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IA and Supply Chain relevant positions
