Our People Services role

Achieve operational brilliance in People Services requires a commitment to exemplary hiring, onboarding, data management, termination, offboarding, benefits, and payroll.

Main responsibilities:

Efforts to attract, develop, and retain a global workforce with the necessary skills. This involved upskilling employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and implementing talent management strategies to ensure a skilled and adaptable workforce.

Your role will be to:

  • Define Key PPLS Competencies: essential skills, knowledge, and behaviors required for success in each role.
  • Establish Skill Proficiency Levels: proficiency levels for each competency, ranging from beginner to expert.
  • Prepare Employee Assessment: regular employee assessment methodology against the matrix to determine their current skill levels.
  • Identify Training and Development Plans: personalized plans to address competency gaps, including training, mentorship, or other developmental opportunities.
  • Create career path: mobility, lateral moves, promotion, change of core competency…
  • Propose Periodic Review: internal process to revisit and update the competency matrix to align with evolving business needs and employee growth.

About you  

  • Education: Student in Human Resources, Marketing, ideally with a first exposure to the Human Resources field.
  • Soft skillsPassion for Talent Development and curiosity for HR trends and innovation; Entrepreneurial approach, attention to detail, team spirit
  • Technical skills: At ease with data analysis, reporting and presentation – proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint; Knowledge on digital marketing is a plus.
  • LanguagesFluent in English (written and spoken), French is a plus
