The impact you will make:

  • You will play a substantial role to make the French market one of the largest within RTB House in EMEA.
  • This is a role opening, you will have a chance to take a brand new position.
  • You will report directly to the local Head of Account Management and you’ll be a thought partner for the local account management organisation. How You’ll Make An Impact:
  • Explore and interpret all data to identify valuable business insights in order to improve results on a business unit level;
  • Produce business analyses and high value-added recommendations to clients;
  • Help the team to understand and adopt key technical topics;
  • Create dashboards and monitoring indicators to convert findings into growth opportunities.

You will work on:

  • Analyse campaign performance and settings and provide recommendations for improvements and optimization;
  • Support on Head-2-Head and Incrementality tests in with our clients; Researching new methods of doing incrementality tests;
  • Provide recommendations and verifying terms of A/B tests with clients;
  • Performing ad hoc data analyses.
  • Provide research & analytical support for the complex cases in the account management team;
  • Work closely with our account managers to deliver high standards of customer service and reporting
  • Designing and developing reporting solutions for key business stakeholders; Provide valuable insights on the demand for high-level management.
  • Conduct seasonal surveys and help create appropriate customer-oriented materials.
  • Work closely with development teams to standardise and automate repetitive analyses.

Profil recherché

Who we are looking for

  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence or similar areas.
  • Strong data visualisation skills, ability to draw conclusions from data.
  • Previous working experience with Google data studio, G suite, Power BI. Knowledge in analytical programming languages such as Python & SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in designing and developing automated data workflows.
  • Ad tech knowledge and specifically knowledge of Real Time Bidding systems will be an advantage.
  • Proactivity, ability to cooperate with different teams, strong communication skills, detail orientation, thoroughness.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics).

Main objectives

  • Within 1 month since hire: successfully complete onboarding program
  • Within 6 months since hire: demonstrate the ability to analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations
  • Within 9 months since hire: establish area(s) of expertise on the analysis methodology and develop reporting solutions for key business stakeholders
  • Within 1 year since hire: demonstrate ability to provide research & analytical support for the complex cases, able to discuss with various roles in the organisations, deliver high standard of service
