Rise Up is looking for a Customer Success Manager to ensure the follow-up of the services provided to our customers across NL and Europe.

As a member of our Customer Success Team, you will manage the deployment of our solution to our customers, made up of training organizations and companies. You will be responsible for the operational follow-up of the project and will guarantee that our contractual commitments are respected.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the services provided by our IT development team are carried out correctly and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the deployment of Rise Up (appointment needs analysis, internal operational follow-up, project follow-up and customer satisfaction).
  • Responsible for the implementation process of the solution for our customers in accordance with the specifications.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the procedure by monitoring all actions of the internal teams.
  • Identify KPIs and set up reporting systems.
  • Ensure proper use of the solution and measure satisfaction.
  • Participation in pre-sales meetings to manage client expectations and delivery timeline

Profil recherché

About You

You are based in Amsterdam. You will report to the Global Head of Customer Success who will help you to develop in-depth product knowledge.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or more.
  • You have 4 years of experience in project management/customer relations/customer success.
  • You're native or fluent in Dutch
  • You have a good general knowledge and are fluent in English .
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You can manage multiple projects involving different stakeholders simultaneously.
