As the SDR Team Lead for the USA market, you will be responsible for effectively creating commercial relationships with potential clients, developing rapport with key decision makers and identifying upsell opportunities.
This position will begin as a Player-Coach role to work in tandem with our Account Executives, your mission will be to hunt potential leads for the United States market, as well as collaborate with the VP of Sales, North America, to develop and execute SDR best practices for strategic scale and impact. This team is poised for rapid growth, with more responsibilities shifting towards SDR leadership and team coaching in the coming months, with the potential for full-time shift into management.
