As the SDR Team Lead for the USA market, you will be responsible for effectively creating commercial relationships with potential clients, developing rapport with key decision makers and identifying upsell opportunities.
This position will begin as a Player-Coach role to work in tandem with our Account Executives, your mission will be to hunt potential leads for the United States market, as well as collaborate with the VP of Sales, North America, to develop and execute SDR best practices for strategic scale and impact. This team is poised for rapid growth, with more responsibilities shifting towards SDR leadership and team coaching in the coming months, with the potential for full-time shift into management.  
 
Major responsibilities :

  • Identify solid B2B opportunities through our database and/or via your own research.
  • Develop and fuel a high velocity pipeline of leads/prospects.
  • Listen and convince high-level profiles from startups, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise prospects (via Linkedin, phone,trade shows, e-mailing…etc).
  • Book meetings/demos with potential customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to strategize more effective sales methods.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Set clear team goals and delegate tasks + set deadlines.
  • Monitor team performance and keep motivated team members.

Required skills and attributes :

  • Minimum 3 years proven work experience as an SDR Team Lead or Supervisor.
  • Must have demonstrated a high level of success as an SDR. 
  • Proven success in a B2B sales environment. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of VoIP software or SaaS would be a major plus.
  • Motivation, perseverance, and determination qualities.
  • A proven track record in overachieving.
  • The ability of turning a prospect into an opportunity (including cold leads).
  • Know how to engage effectively with all levels, notably C-levels.
  • Proven track record leading a Team.
  • Must be authorized to work in Spain (NIE number, spanish address)
  • Must be a native English speaker with a familiarity of USA businesses
  • Must be able to work USA-work hours
