Your key responsibilities will be :

  • Hire, coach and lead a team of Sales Development Reps and Team Leads (~15 talents)
  • Develop the prospecting and sales skills of team members
  • Weekly 1-2-1 meetings using dashboards to track SDR pipelines, activity and performance
  • Day-to-day monitoring of activity and performance, utilizing your knowledge of the individual; internal and external factors, and a data-driven approach
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives
  • Regularly report on Team/Individual Results
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency and productivity

Profil recherché

Required skills and attributes :

  • 5+ years in the software sales space as both an SDR and SDR Manager
  • Proven track record of success as an SDR manager
  • Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs
  • Fluent in English and French or Spanish.

  • Meet with Louis, our Chief of Staff leading the current SDR team (1h)
  • Meet with Alain, our external Sales Advisor, ex PayFit Head of Sales (1h)
  • Meet with Pauline, our french Sales Manager (30 min)
