 - Lead and Inspire: Oversee, motivate, and unify a high-performing sales team.

Profil recherché


Minimum of 7 years work experience,, including 3 years of managerial experience in SaaS with long and complex sales cycles (enterprise sales)
 - Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team of at least 5 people, fostering a proactive and high-performance culture.

 - Coaching Ability: Strong coaching skills to support and develop low performers.

 - Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in using productivity management tools and analyzing sales statistics.

 - SaaS Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the SaaS industry is a significant advantage.

 - Conflict Resolution: Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts within a team, creating a new and dynamic team atmosphere

Coaching mindset: Capable of managing and improving low performers.
Familiarity with consultative selling and enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, Solution Selling).
Experience with driving outbound sales strategies targeted to Mid-market and Enterprise accounts 
Professional french and english

2 .Nice-to-have:

Experience in a scale-up environment, agile methodologies, and adapting to a changing business strategy.
Experience working in international environments 
Experience in Telco or Strategy Consulting would be a plus
Speaking Spanish, Italian
