Your main missions will be the following:
• Recruiting and collaborating with the different managers for the USA market.
• Writing job adverts on appropriate job boards to find diversified and inclusive candidates.
• Establish a sourcing strategy of candidates.
• Select and pre-select resumés.
• Conduct recruitment interviews and ensure proper follow-up with operational staff.
• Optimize and update communication and recruitment tools (job descriptions, advertisements, etc.)
• Act as the recruitment/HR liaison from the Atlanta office to the Paris headquarters
• Ensure that new hires are properly onboarded for early success
• Participate in specific actions (organization of recruitment events, school functions, etc).
• Propose new HR communication methods or new recruitment actions to increase our employer brand.
• Work on administrative/office management tasks for our USA branch office.
Profile :
• You have at least 1-3 years in recruitment and sourcing, preferably for diverse roles and experience levels.
• Dynamic and proactive, you have excellent persuasion skills and great interpersonal skills.
• You have excellent writing skills, a good analytical mind and ability to summarize.
• Creative and proactive, you have a sense of service and are results-oriented.
• Passionate and naturally curious regarding HR topics
• Able to work both independently and collaborate across different teams
