🔭 Your Role

In close collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the Head of Product, your role as a Customer Support Manager is to ensure the satisfaction of users of the on-demand space launch platform.

🛰 You will be responsible of the following missions

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, manage tickets, and respond to users.

  • Keep our platform’s back-office up to date.

  • Co-organize and lead product webinars.

  • Update the FAQ and other user support materials for RIDE!

  • Establish activity dashboards for our premium users (launchers).

  • Prepare and participate in the monthly activity review with premium users (launchers).

  • Coordinate actions between the Business and Product teams.

  • Actively contribute to optimizing the CCM department’s strategy.


Profil recherché

  • Diligent, organized, and structured.

  • Possess a strong customer service orientation.

  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Interest in the field of space.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
