🖼 THE CONTEXT

Your role as Service Delivery Manager is key to the success of our business.

You will ensure services are being delivered in line with contract obligations and defined framework. This role will involve attending regular service-based meetings, reporting, ensuring SLAs are met and assisting as an escalation point for allocated clients.

📝 YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Define the client’s requests and lead the operational step with the team.
Ensure Operational management (Incidents escalations, Changes scheduling, Event monitoring)
Develop all necessary documentation and process (ITIL)
Implement action plans to resolve incidents.
Provide reporting and KPIs
Prepare and lead steering committees with the various internal stakeholders.
Ensure the quality of service to customers by taking into account the respect of deadlines, the availability of resources and the quality of work provided.
Coordinate the Support Management and escalation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong experience in IT Project Management with a variety of experience managing IT Integration, Migration, Transformation, Cloud, Application, or Security projects.
Proven experience in gathering and defining requirements.
Refine and translate business requirements to technical (functional and non-functional) and ability to work with technical teams.
Experience managing senior stakeholders, and big accounts.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong experience in IT Project Management with a variety of experience managing IT Integration, Migration, Transformation, Cloud, Application, or Security projects.
Proven experience in gathering and defining requirements.
Refine and translate business requirements to technical (functional and non-functional) and ability to work with technical teams.
Experience managing senior stakeholders, and big accounts.

At least 5 years experience in a project management/Service Delivery role.
Ideally certified ITIL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels in an international environment.
Fluent in English and French.
