The strength of the product at Reveal is reflected in our significant growth even in the face of all the challenges that 2020 presented globally.

2021 is the year that Reveal amplifies its growth further by generating even stronger adoption globally, and by creating a new software category. The key to our mission will be through our ability to convey the values of our product.

Our user base went from 0 to 1500 companies and we’re still just one co-founder in the product team. We’re now recruiting our first experienced Product Manager to take our product to the next level:

• Discovery and prioritization: Users is our #1 source of inspiration. We don’t do what they want, we do what they need. This nuance is not negligeable, it’s what makes Sharework an awesome product with organic growth and adoption. As an experienced Product Manager you know that figuring out what users need instead of what they want is not an easy thing, but you’ve become very good at it.
• From conception to delivery: Working closely with our head of product, you will be in charge of setting priorities, defining new features. You will be working very closely with our Product Design team as well as with our Tech team (managing sprints and priorities with them) to get these features live.
• Launch & go-to-market: You’re in charge of coordinating with the Product Marketing team to ensure that everyone internally understand what we do, and why we do it, so that we can properly promote the launch of new features and boost adoption. You should become an unrivaled expert on our own product and be a reference for all teams internally.
• Analytics & iteration: Make sure we know where we’re going by defining KPIs to follow to measure the success of the features we develop. You’ll need to be very result-oriented and know what you want to achieve and how to measure the success, and iterate when needed.
• Technical skills: Sharework has a world-class team of developers, and technical choices won’t be part of your missions. However you need to be able to understand those choices, the limitations and opportunities of our infrastructure and APIs, and to challenge the technical aspects when it impacts the user experience and the features we want to develop.
