Following the launch of Resilience’s remote patient monitoring (RPM) solution in oncology, we are structuring and growing our Customer Care team. Its role: implement the solution, engage and support our health providers clients to bring RPM benefits to their patients.

As Implementation Lead, your role will be to :

• Be in charge of end-to-end deployment projects - from the kick-off meeting to the first patients monitored
• Be the single point-of-contact and deliver all clients demands (mostly medical and IT departments) including IT integration, regulatory requirements, user onboarding and training, etc. ; more specifically, be the trusted advisor of the medical team for the implementation of the solution, the definition of operational processes and change management
• Define and implement a replicable deployment methodology, including the right processes and KPIs to monitor
• Make the link between the Sales team and the rest of the Operations team to ensure the upcoming growth of new clients
• Work closely with the Product Team to share user feedback and express the need for new features
• Grow a team of implementation managers to launch the solution in a growing number of health providers

• You have 5 to 10 years of experience within a software provider, with a track record of massive deployment of Enterprise software in SaaS mode
• Rigorous, structured, you are focused on replicability and scalability to accelerate the growth of Resilience
• Autonomous and driven, you are eager to deliver remote monitoring benefits to patients, and do everything possible to support the rapid prescription of the solution
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry would be a plus
