We are looking for our first member of the Growth Team to launch our SMBs offer based on freemium model. Your mission will be to lead growth hacking ideas and actively led in the building of a product-led growth.
You’ll be in charge of strategizing, implementing, testing, managing, and reporting all steps funnel to achieve insane growth.

Responsabilities
Acquisition
Identify, explore channels, and lead innovative growth hacking ideas. Create and define campaigns through the creation, management, and analysis (on channels Like Google Ads, Twitter, Youtube, Gartner Digital Markets, etc. but not only).
You are literally a startup in the startup, you have your hands free to create a scalable acquisition engine.
Conversion
Convert traffic in PQLs on the website, landing pages in optimizing the funnel with personalized experiences, A/B testing to consistently improve conversion.
Activation
Work on onboarding, new tools/features and product-marketing, and customer journey to activate PQLs into active users with the product via engaging content and operations.
Transformation
Transform active users into paying customers by creating, managing, and optimizing all user journeys, in particular transformation funnels.
Measure
Measure what matters and shows ROI, performance, and areas of improvement.
Improve main KPIs: ads CTR, CPL, CPA, PQLs, active users, qualified demos, customers, CAC, and more.
