reciTAL is looking for a talented Python Developer to lead the development team!

The job will consist in:

• Managinig the backend development team
• Organizing and leading code reviews
• Participating in the writing of technical specifications
• Participating in the definition of sprints
• Ensuring that the best practices defined by reciTAL are applied (code quality standards)
• Taking part in the development during the sprints

Skills :

• 2 years + experience in a similar role
• Autonomous and a problem solver
• Experience managing a team
• Experience with web frameworks (FastAPI, Flask or Django)
• Experience with unit testing and CI/CD integrations
• English fluent level

Plus:

• Open source maintainer or highly dedicated to any community
• Experience with Frontend technologies
• Machine Learning background
