Your mission is to build, implement our BtoB acquisition strategy to support ReachFive
growth.
You design and create the most efficient lead generation paths through automation.

Within the Marketing team, you will be positioned as a true business accelerator to
contribute to the general ReachFive growth.
You will be in charge of growing customer acquisition, growing up & cross selling and
develop the customer & employee advocacy.

Your missions will be the following:

  • Identify the main growth levers and put in place innovative promotion and lead
    generation strategies – design the customer journey
  • Design, set-up and continuously optimized the omnichannel acquisition campaigns
    (social networks, Google Ads, emails, affiliation, retargeting, knowledge and
    interaction platform, user club, partners, etc.), managing the entire growth funnel
  • Build, optimize and feed the pipeline of our SDRs with the highest quality and mature
    leads (SQL) Optimization of CTAs and landing pages (AB Test, copywriting,
    personalization,…).
  • Develop and test new targeting and acquisition methods to continuously improve the
    performance or our campaigns.
  • Develop conversion and retention by activating and automating CRM and lead
    nurturing campaigns.
  • Optimize management and tracking tools to monitor campaign performance: traffic
    analysis and insights on the digital set
  • Customer knowledge management: what ever the point of contact is, the customer
    can be in touch with ReachFive where ever and when ever. All interactions need to
    be tracked and record to be able to understand the customer and analyze the life-
    cycle and interests.
  • Customer maturity management: a scoring process need to be defined, managed,
    and analyze to put in place the adapted improvement (resources, content,
    operations,…)
  • Manage and optimized the digital set (website, social media, nurturing, interaction
    solutions,
  • You collaboratively work with the Stack & Automation Manager to put in place and
    manage the adapted tools, market watch and assessments, the communication
    manager, the content manager, the SDRs and suppliers to manage your activity. And
    of course you work collaboratively with the other departments.

Profil recherché

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Growth acquisition, retention, and advocacy with
    experience in the Cloud Platform industry. And demonstrate track record.
  • You have a STRONG analytical mindset. And good knowledge of tracking system
  • Hustler and hacker mindset
  • You have a track record in ABM and inbound management
  • You are methodical, resourceful and you turn everything into a knowledge
    management process (specifications, timeline, budget, KPIs with cohort
    management, continuous management)
  • You are fully fluent French/English and preferably native USA/English
  • Bonus point: experience in feedback management and continuous improvement
    management
