Missions

  • Independently identify and acquire new customers, as well as up sell to existing customer base in the Industry Sector (Segments to be defined) and exceed all business and revenue targets
  • Maximize account growth opportunities by playing an active role to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal. Own, drive and manage the renewals process.
  • Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management.
  • Ability to create and present business cases to internal and client teams
  • Have an understanding of account/engagement economics and key indicators
  • Meticulous sales pipeline management experience
  • Work with our clients to understand their business requirements and how reach five will achieve them

Profil recherché

Requirements

  • Approx 3-5 years SaaS (Software as a Service) experience within a high-velocity business preferred; excellent track records
  • Knowledge/experience in selling email technology, website analytics, website platforms, CRM, SFA, marketing software, or social media applications
  • Experience in and an understanding of the larger Digital Marketing landscape
  • Capable of communicating, building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including senior level executives
  • Proven record of prospecting, nurturing, and closing net new business opportunities
  • Excellent organization, project management, time management, and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and professionalism, excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas concisely
