We are looking for a Clinical & Technical Application Engineer to deliver training and support for installation and service of our medical imaging software, designed to support the diagnosis and assessment of drug efficacy for central nervous system diseases.

Reporting to the CPTO, your missions will be the following:

Application & Products

• Review customer’s IT environment to implement best integration solution between a customer’s PACS and other healthcare systems prior to the deployment
• Train customers to use the software
• Collect user feedbacks and report them into our Quality Management System to have a concrete impact on the product

Software deployment

• Discuss with our customers’ IT services regarding workflow design, cybersecurity & software deployment
• Lead the operational deployment of such solutions: virtual machine configuration, Kubernetes deployment, VPN/network configuration, communication with IT systems

Software support

• Collect, diagnose, and troubleshoot clinical/technical problems and issue resolution for customers (up to support level 1/2)
• Perform software maintenance, both onsite and remotely

This position will include close interactions with the Cloud Architect as well as the Product, the R&D and the Marketing team at Qynapse.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects within a short timeframe
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
• European working hours

Appreciable Skills:

• Knowledge of software architecture (Kubernetes, Docker) and its related topics (Cybersecurity, GDPR..)
• Knowledge of IT software solutions: PACS, RIS, VNA, EHR/EMR
• Knowledge of IT exchange data norms: HL7, DICOM, DICOMWeb
• Experience with python
• Experience with neuroimaging
• Knowledge of network configuration: TCP/IP, VPN
• Experience with Information Systems Integration
• Unix and/or Linux experience
• Experience with Clinical products and related workflow
• MRI physics including MRI protocols set-up
