Main tasks:
We are looking today for a real “customer success manager” to take responsibility of our CRM. Reporting to the Country Manager Belgium, your mission is to develop Simply You Box’s turnover, with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction via marketing and sales activities and the link with the customer service. Your three main indicators are CAC, Life Time Value and NPS.
Responsibilities:
● Define and implement the marketing and sales plans, with a ROI vision: definition of the plan in line with turnover objectives, creation of campaigns, performance analysis, etc.
● Implement CRM processes and manage the activity to guarantee an irreproachable quality of service
● Optimising the customer lifecycle with 3 major challenges for the development of turnover: onboarding, loyalty and reactivation
● Be a force for innovative proposals to create the Simply You Box experience that will make the difference over the competition
● Bringing the voice of the customer to the Simply You Box team
● Liaise with the Quitoque HQ team in Paris on branding and marketing strategies
● Manage an outsourced Customer Service team - implement CRM processes and manage the activity to guarantee an irreproachable quality of service
● Directly manage the marketing intern(s)
