In order to strengthen its operational team, Luana is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition. Reporting directly to her, you will work on :

Recruitment

  • Drafting and distribution of offers in French and English

  • Management of the recruitment tool and applications

  • Assist and conduct interviews in French and English

  • Drafting and updating reports to hiring managers

  • Follow-up and support of candidates throughout the process

HR Administration

  • Participate in the creation and implementation of internal HR processes

  • Participate in the implementation of various HR projects

  • Support for the entire cycle from entry to exit of employees

  • Support for staff administration

Employer Brand

  • Participate in the development of the employer brand

  • Attend recruitment / HR events

  • Participate actively in company life


Profil recherché

  • You are looking for a work-study contract before receiving your master’s with a specialisation in Human Resources or similar

  • A first experience in recruitment is a plus

  • Enthusiastic and persevering, you have good communication skills in French and English. You are organised, rigorous and dynamic

  • You have a sense of responsibility, you know how to work confidentially and you are not afraid to take the initiative
