The role:

Our partners are key for the success of Quadient Intelligent Communication Automation (ICA) solutions, which comprises of the Customer Experience Management (CXM), Customer Communications management, Accounts Receivable and Payable Automation solutions. This is a new global role with responsibility for marketing to, with and through partners both globally and working closely with local field marketing.

This is critical strategic role you will be expected to create and deliver a go-to market strategy for a Global Partner Ecosystem programme and partners which closely aligns with the strategy for the ICA Partner Ecosystem. Working closely with both the VP Global Alliances & Channels and the Global Partner Ecosystem Director to create, build and deliver a marketing strategy and tactical plan to recruit, engage and go to market with partners and to promote, increase awareness of the global partner ecosystem programme to scale a global partner marketing programme with our field marketing teams. You will develop and own the partner marketing strategies and campaigns through the development of partner assets (presentations, case studies, thought leadership, industry specific value proposition), provide and plan for sales/technical enablement workshops to partners, create partner events, support through partner events. You’ll also be accountable to promote the Global Partner Ecosystem Programme. Responsibilities include:

  • Develop a strategic partner recruitment strategy to promote the global partner ecosystem program, build relationships that add value to our joint propositions, drives new partner sourced customer acquisition and drives new revenue streams.
  • Execute end-to-end campaigns and activities that deliver value to Quadient (ICA), our partners and the rest of our regional channel and customer teams.
  • Produce partner marketing content such as:  presentations, webinars, partner portal update, social posts, and customer/partner success stories
  • Plan, manage and execute to partner marketing campaigns to drive partner program and product awareness
  • Plan, manage and execute strategic through partner marketing campaigns that generate partner sourced leads and revenue
  • Define, track, measure and report communication metrics and KPIs
  • Drive partner engagement at in-person/virtual events through sponsorship, content, and promotion
  • Work closely with the partner account team to strengthen partnerships and go-to-market execution on focus partners

What you bring:

  • Strong experience in Partner Marketing high-tech multinational company (preferably SaaS)
  • The ability to operate in and lead teams globally in a matrix organization
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful marketing programs and a similar role with clear evidence of execution
  • The ability to understand and communicate the value of a mutually beneficial, collaborative and inclusive Partner Ecosystem
